Dear customer, welcome to our webshop!


Le Ballon is the hotspot for fashion and shoes in the Netherlands. With our 11 stores across the Netherlands, international customers can also shop at the Le Ballon online store. 

How to place an order:

1. Choose your favorite product(s), size(s) and place them in the shoppingbag by clicking 'In shopping plaatsten'. If you want to shop some more click on 'Verder winkelen'. If you want to finish your order and make your payment, please choose 'Naar bestellen' and then 'Ga verder'.

 - In the Netherlands the customers have to contribute € 2,99 for cost of shipment and from now on international customers will also be charged a shipment fee of € 2,99 instead of the previous € 7,50 as a contribution for shipment costs after selecting your country. The cost of international returns have to be paid by customers themselfs. -

2. If you have an account choose 'Bestaande klanten' and enter your emailaddress and password. If you are a new customer enter your emailaddress at 'Ik ben een nieuwe klant' and press 'Ga verder'. Also do this if you have made an online purchase before but didn't want to create an account.  Next fill in the form with your contact details and adress. If you have any questions about this, please e-mail or call us so we can help you.

3. Select your Shipment option: starting with 'Delivery at invoice address' or 'Delivery at different address' or 'Pick up in Le Ballon store'.

4. Last page contains 'Betaalmethode' to choose your Payment Method. International customers can choose Creditcards like VISA or Mastercard, Paypal and Bancontact/MisterCash.

After you finish your order you will receive e-mails with the status on your order and shipping. 

- Attention: returns from outside the Netherlands are at your own postal cost.

The return period is 14 days after you received your order. If you like to return an item you have to register this online through after his you will be shown our return address.
